Guillermo Castaneda

Guillermo Castaneda, MEd, LPC-S, LPCC, CHt, is a Mental Health Counselor and Hypnotherapist. He uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address anxiety, stress, and related concerns.

He holds an MEd in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at El Paso and a diploma in Hypnotherapy from the Hypnosis Motivational Institute, and practices at Counseling of El Paso. He works with adults and teens and provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

Castaneda integrates evidence-based techniques with cultural insight and a focus on mind-brain connections, tailoring care to each client's needs. His approach is compassionate and collaborative, supporting clients as they explore challenges and develop practical strategies for improved well-being.
