Holli Utama

Holli Utama, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a US Long Course Professional Triathlete. She uses a hands-on model of treatment for athletes and holds certifications in Active Release Technique, Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction, and Functional Movement Screening.

She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy at The George Washington University and has worked with elite athletes across the United States, including in Washington DC, Michigan, Hawaii, and Florida. She is a certified run and triathlon coach with a special interest in hip arthroscopy and rehabilitation from labral tears and repairs.

She provides personalized, one-on-one sessions with hands-on manual therapy and has completed 13 Ironman races, including two Kona World Championship finishes. Her goal is to guide patients toward a healthy, active life and a durable return to the activities they value.
