Isabella Castillo

Isabella Castillo, BSP, is a Brainspotting Certified Clinician completing her master's degree in counseling psychology at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. She works under the licensed supervision of Rachel Herr, MA, LPCC.

Her integrative nature draws from various modalities to meet each client's needs. She seeks to address a wide range of concerns, from life's everyday challenges to complex mental health issues.

Isabella uses a collaborative approach and creates a warm, nurturing environment grounded in empathy and insight to help clients explore goals, build resilience, and develop effective coping strategies.
