She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)/Exposure Therapy. Her trauma-informed approach ensures that clients feel safe and understood throughout their therapeutic journey. Molly also utilizes the Gottman Method for couples counseling, helping partners improve their relationships through effective communication and boundary setting.

Molly's educational background includes a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University, with a specialization in Counseling Children and Adolescents. Her undergraduate studies at Marquette University focused on Social Welfare & Justice, Sociology, Gender & Sexuality Studies, and Family Studies, providing a strong foundation for her holistic approach to mental health.
