Paola Fusilier

Paola Fusilier, LPC, RPT, is a trauma therapist at Pasadena Counseling Center. A first-generation Mexican American and child of immigrant parents, Paola is bilingual in English and Spanish.

She specializes in working with children as young as 2 years old, adults of any age, and families. She addresses intimate partner and family violence, sexual violence and abuse, childhood trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, family dynamics issues, depression, anxiety.

As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), she draws on the therapeutic power of play to help children process difficult experiences. She frequently works with support systems, psychiatrists, hospitals, teachers, and school officials to coordinate care.
