Ansel, MSW, CHC, serves as the Executive Director of this multifaceted mental health agency, bringing a unique blend of social work expertise and health coaching to her role.

With a Master's in Social Work and certification as a Health Coach, Ansel embodies the holistic approach that defines RVCC's services. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping the center's comprehensive behavioral health continuum, which includes outpatient clinics, school-based services, and specialized programs addressing diverse community needs.

Under Ansel's guidance, RVCC has fostered a team of experienced, licensed mental health clinicians and psychiatrists who provide tailored treatment to individuals, couples, and families. Her vision emphasizes the importance of client participation in their treatment plans, ensuring that each person's unique needs are addressed with care and respect.
