Trina Brower

Trina Brower is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist serving as a Peer Mentor in the Mental Health Court program at the Mental Health Association in Delaware. Working within the New Castle County system, she supports individuals navigating the court process by drawing on her own lived experience with mental health and recovery.

Trina works closely with participants to help them stay engaged in treatment, understand legal and program requirements, and connect with vital resources such as housing, transportation, and community support
