Interning therapist
About
Zach Warzecka is an interning therapist completing his master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. Warzecka works with clients facing anxiety, depression, and negative self-perceptions, helping them create meaningful and fulfilling life experiences through a collaborative process.
Warzecka brings a background as a former professor and faculty advisor, supporting both undergraduate and graduate communities. He integrates narrative therapy with intersectional feminist and mindfulness perspectives, using techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindful Self-Compassion to guide clients in exploring their identities and emotions.
Warzecka's approach is LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally responsive, welcoming adults of all gender identifications. Clients can expect a supportive, non judgmental environment where they can rewrite their life stories and shift their relationships with challenging emotions.
