- June 30, 2022, Co-Founder, Patrick Nagle, secured the highly coveted domain name MentalHealth.com.
- December 15, 2022, a draft website was first launched with support from Ben Wittams-Smith, and James Wittams-Smith.
- August 4, 2023, MentalHealth.com raised a venture capital round with participation from Cicada Capital, LLC and Supermind Platforms, Inc.
- August 11, 2023, the company achieved its first major milestone with the launch of its BETA website, featuring a comprehensive library of resources.
- November 6, 2023, MentalHealth.com acquired the online mental health platform and community MentalHelp.net.
- December 22, 2023, MentalHealth.com launched its Wellness Portal BETA.
